Job summary

Aon Singapore invites applications for a Senior Manager/Manager, Property & Casualty to lead client advisory and servicing for complex insurance programs in Singapore. You will manage client relationships, assess risk, design, place/renew policies and oversee invoicing and policy administration.

You will coordinate with overseas Aon offices on multinational programs, deliver Aon United solutions, and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• ACII designation is advantageous.
• At least 4 years in the insurance industry, with 2+ years in Singapore.
• Independent and proactive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical mind with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Client advisory and servicing for insured programs.
• Manage client relationships and assess client needs.
• Design, strategize, place/renew and manage insurance programs.
• Review policy terms, invoicing and administration.
• Collaborate with multinational teams and overseas Aon offices.
• Develop solutions and coach junior colleagues.
