Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, service design, product management, operations or stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive programme management for funding administration, governance and performance monitoring to ensure effective delivery and timely reporting.
• Support review, scoping and implementation of digital platform enhancements to meet business and operational needs.
• Gather business requirements, coordinate with users and vendors, and manage delivery of assigned digital initiatives.
• Monitor platform performance, user feedback and operational metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Support vendor management activities, including project tracking, issue resolution and contract deliverables.
• Design and implement enhancements to user journeys across physical and digital touchpoints to improve user experience.
• Develop and pilot engagement strategies and career-related activities across diverse workforce segments.
• Conceptualise and implement novel solutions to serve individuals in enhancing their career health and support their career journey.
• Evaluate project outcomes and refine based on participation data and user insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure integrated delivery across platforms, programmes and outreach activities.
