Job summary

Crest Practice Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant for our outpatient specialised surgery clinic. You will handle front desk duties, patient registration, appointment scheduling and basic administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will support patients with general surgery inquiries, assist in pre- and post-procedure steps, liaise with insurers for Letters of Guarantee, and enter clinical data into the Plato CMS. A team-focused, client-friendly mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or administrative roles in a clinic.
• Familiarity with medical records and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to liaise with insurers and TPAs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; schedule appointments; handle inquiries and follow-ups.
• Provide information on procedures and assist with pre-/post-procedure instructions.
• Generate invoices and liaise with local insurance providers for documentation and claims.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of consultation and procedure rooms; restock supplies.
• Enter patient records and surgical bookings into Plato CMS; assist in preparing reports.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure high patient care standards.
