Job summary

L & H Polyclinic & Surgery in Singapore invites applications for a clinic assistant role to support front-desk registration, dispensing, cashiering and appointment coordination. You will perform simple clinical duties such as taking vitals, assisting in dressings, and supporting surgical and aesthetic procedures.

The team values customer service, bilingual English‑Chinese communication, and IT readiness in a fully computerised clinic.

Qualifications

• Service oriented with good customer service and communication skills.
• Keen attitude towards continuous learning and patient care.
• IT savvy as we are fully computerised.
• Able to multitask.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with patients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Registration, dispensing, cashiering, coordinate appointments.
• Perform simple clinical duties such as taking temperature, height, weight, dressing, blood pressure.
• Admin tasks such as scanning of reports.
• Assist in surgical and aesthetic procedures.
• Housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of clinic.
• Other ad hoc duties.
• Working hours: every Sat 8am - 2pm; occasional Mon 8am - 6pm, Tue - Fri 8am - 2pm.
