Job summary

Hilton in Singapore is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to lead the restaurant team and deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences. You will supervise daily service, uphold Hilton’s standards, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and professional care.

You’ll manage shift operations, control labour and costs, train staff, check reservations, and support bartenders and kitchen teams. Strong leadership and English skills are essential to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years managerial experience in a4/5-star hotel.
• Good English skills, both verbal and written, to meet business needs.
• Motivated and committed, approaching tasks with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Flexible and responsive to changing requirements including performance of tasks as requested by management.
• Maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in pursuit of team goals.
• Strong leadership and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team and ensure service standards.
• Supervise rosters and manage labour costs.
• Maintain high customer service focus and respond to issues.
• Know menu items and explain them to guests; accommodate dietary needs.
• Coordinate with Manager and Chef for shift planning and reservations; brief the team.
• Assist bartenders and kitchen staff as needed; communicate with chefs.
