Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Outlet Manager in outlet operations.
  • Drive revenue and minimize outlet costs.
  • Establish relations with guests and handle requests sincerely.
