The role requires a degree or diploma and prior supervisory experience in the service industry. You will lead a dynamic team, drive service excellence, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure efficient, quality and profitable service.
• Ensure high quality menu planning, food preparation and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety and hygiene standards.
• Increase revenue and manage food cost and outlet expenditure.
• Promptly resolve customer complaints and feedback on food quality and service.
• Maintain timely replenishment of food supplies and ordering.
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and daily decision making.
• Lead and motivate the team to develop service excellence and teamwork.
• Conduct on-site orientation covering safety, hygiene, and training for new staff.
