TWENTY EIGHT CAFE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily outlet operations in Singapore. You will engage guests to understand preferences and feedback, elevating the overall dining experience, and ensure service staff are well groomed, attired, and efficient.

The role includes monthly stock takes and performance of other duties as assigned by the manager, contributing to smooth and professional cafe operations and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Min. 3 years of experience in F&B.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player.

Responsabilidades

• Assist manager with daily outlet operations.
• Engage guests to understand preferences and feedback to elevate dining experience.
• Ensure service staff are well groomed, attired and efficient.
• Involve in monthly stock take.
