Job summary

Goodwill Entertainment Holding Limited is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to take ownership of the operations and business performance of an HaveFun outlet.

You will lead the team, drive revenue and customer experience, execute outlet marketing initiatives, manage staffing and daily standards, and continuously improve performance within the Group's framework.

This role is a hands-on leadership position requiring proactive decision-making and a strong focus on results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outlet or store management.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail is preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager who can take ownership of both operations and business performance of an outlet.

This role is not limited to supervising daily operations. The Outlet Manager is expected to lead the team, drive business performance, execute outlet-level marketing initiatives, and maintain stable store operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with business awareness, capable of managing the outlet independently on a day-to-day basis while continuously improving outlet performance within the Group's operational framework.

This role is suitable for managers who are comfortable taking ownership of results, rather than relying solely on on-site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance & Results

• Take ownership of outlet business performance including revenue, profitability, and operational stability.


• Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to improve business results.


• Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Marketing & Customer Growth

• Plan and execute outlet-level marketing initiatives aligned with HQ strategy.


• Drive customer engagement, repeat visits, and local promotional activities.


• Support customer relationship development and customer retention initiatives.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to maintain operational standards.


• Develop and train team members to maintain consistent service quality.


• Support the development of supervisors or assistant managers within the team.

Outlet Operations Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain service standards.


• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour productivity effectively.


• Maintain outlet environment, safety standards, and customer experience.

Data Awareness & Reporting

• Prepare and submit operational reports including monthly performance reports.


• Monitor business trends and explain performance fluctuations when necessary.


• Use operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Compliance& Operational Standards

• Ensure compliance with company operational policies and regulatory requirements.


• Maintain safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5years of experience in outlet or store management, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail environments.


• Proven ability to manage outlet operations and deliver business performance results.


• Experience executing outlet-level marketing or promotional initiatives.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.


• Comfortable working with operational data and performance reporting.
