Job summary

have fun orchard pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead a Singapore outlet, drive revenue and guest satisfaction, and manage day-to-day operations. You will guide a service-focused team, implement marketing initiatives, and leverage data to improve performance.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality or entertainment setting, and a track record of delivering measurable results at outlet level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outlet or store management in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail environments.
• Proven ability to manage outlet operations and deliver business performance results.
• Experience executing outlet-level marketing or promotional initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Comfortable working with operational data and performance reporting.
