Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of employees to ensure coverage and plan work.
• Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff are trained and certified as required and have necessary tools.
• Oversee outlet operations for efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive store targets and monitor sales performance.
• Lead and supervise frontline staff; conduct briefings on procedures.
• Evaluate sales and work performance; train staff on service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Mentor new staff to promote internal growth.
