Job summary

leads daily operations in a dynamic F&B environment, driving sales performance, team development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while balancing operational excellence with financial accountability. The role requires Mandarin proficiency, 5pm–3am shifts, and willingness to work 6 days a week in Singapore at Far East Square, a flagship venue blending live music and Chinese cuisine.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of restaurant management experience in F&B preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency required to communicate with Chinese stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead outlet operations, including service delivery and kitchen workflow.
• Train and develop service and kitchen teams to meet targets.
• Manage revenue, costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with SFA and NEA, and liquor licensing.
• Address guest feedback and implement service recovery.
• Coordinate rostering, payroll, and staff welfare.
• Plan promotions and upsell initiatives.
