Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to develop and manage our pet product distribution across retailers, focusing on shelf presence and order growth.

You will train retail teams, coordinate with logistics and accounts, and collaborate with marketing to hit sales targets. This on-site role in Ubi requires at least 2 years of B2B sales experience and a valid Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, retail account management, or outdoor sales.
• Class 3 driving license with own transport.
• FMCG or pet industry background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with pet retailers, secure strategic shelf placement, and increase product presence across stores.
• Maintain regular communication with store owners to identify their needs, nurture business relationships, and encourage recurring orders.
• Conduct informative product training for retail teams, equipping them with knowledge to recommend our products to customers.
• Coordinate purchase orders closely with Logistics and Warehouse teams to facilitate accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Work closely with Accounts to follow up on sales collections and ensure accounts are settled promptly.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute promotional activities, support roadshows, and enhance brand visibility in the market.
• Take ownership of territory sales performance and work towards achieving established sales targets and milestones.

• Working Hours: 5 Days; Monday (8:30am – 6pm), Tuesday – Friday (9am – 6pm)


• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus


• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
