Job summary

Revup Proservices Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Development professional to build a strong pipeline in Singapore. You will engage SME owners via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and coordinate with Marketing on outbound campaigns.

The role requires 1–3 years in Sales Development or related fields, a Diploma/Bachelor's in Business/Marketing, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description:

• Identify and engage SME business owners through cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across industries including F&B, Retail, Beauty, Healthcare, Professional Services, and more.
• Understand merchants' business needs, operational challenges, and payment requirements.
• Introduce innovative POS systems, digital payment solutions, and value-added business services.
• Qualify prospects and arrange appointments or product demonstrations for the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective customers to nurture relationships and maximise conversion opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
