Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic is seeking a proactive communications professional to strengthen outreach and engagement with schools, educators and prospective students. The appointee will work with internal teams and external partners to plan and deliver activities that raise awareness of SP's programmes.

You will coordinate school roadshows, talks, learning journeys and Open House events, and support international student outreach and recruitment initiatives to increase enrolment.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple outreach activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage partnerships with secondary schools and conduct education and career guidance activities.
• Support outreach events and platforms for prospective students, parents and educators.
• Coordinate SP's academic schools to enable outreach programmes and stakeholder engagement.
• Support international student outreach and recruitment initiatives.
• Recruit, train and deploy SP student ambassadors to assist outreach activities.
