Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic International is seeking an Assistant Manager, Outbound Services to drive process improvements for student overseas programmes. You will review end-to-end workflows, translate needs into system requirements, and coordinate enhancements to SP Overseas Programme systems.

You will validate data, conduct UAT, and support adoption among Academic Schools, Departments and stakeholders to ensure efficient, accurate, user-centered processes that comply with requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in IT/IS/CS or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, digital transformation or operations.
• Strong requirements gathering, testing and implementation experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting and MS 365 tools; Power BI familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and redesign overseas programme workflows to remove pain points and gaps.
• Translate needs into functional requirements and coordinate system enhancements with IT.
• Oversee UAT and implementation of new processes and systems.
• Maintain documentation, monitor compliance and train users.
