Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic is seeking an Assistant Manager, Outbound Services to drive process improvement and digital enablement for the administration of student overseas programmes. The role collaborates with Academic Schools, Departments and stakeholders to review workflows, translate needs into system requirements and support implementation and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, IS, CS or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or digital transformation.
• Strong process-mapping and business-analysis skills with requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with digital tools, data analysis and reporting; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and redesign overseas programme workflows to address gaps and introduce automation.
• Translate needs into functional requirements and oversee testing and implementation.
• Maintain documentation, monitor compliance, and train users on new processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support monitoring and decision making.
• Oversee selected overseas programme processes (submissions, insurance, funding, procurement).
