Job summary

CLASQUIN is hiring an OSE Expeditor to support a major client within its Supply Chain Logistics & Delivery operations. This role will act as the operational control point for a global Owner-Supplied Equipment (OSE) schedule, maintaining clear visibility from Work Order execution and Procurement handover through manufacturing, shipment and confirmed delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in logistics, project controls, scheduling, expediting or major equipment delivery is highly advantageous.
• Experience supporting international manufacturing, freight or complex capital delivery programmes is preferred.
• Strong Excel capability and confidence producing accurate, decision-ready schedule and status reports.
• Power BI and Smartsheet experience would be advantageous.
• Chinese-language capability is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the consolidated global view of OSE progress from Work Order execution through manufacturing, shipment and final delivery.
• Maintain end-to-end schedules covering contractual milestones, equipment readiness, quality activities, shipping status and delivery confirmation.
• Conduct structured follow-ups with suppliers and validate reported progress.
• Identify potential manufacturing, capacity, quality, shipping and delivery risks early.
• Coordinate mitigation and recovery actions with suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Produce weekly OSE status reporting covering progress, milestones, inventory, shipping activity, risks and required decisions.
• Work closely with Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, Quality and Project teams.
• Support inbound forecasting, equipment sequencing and identification of potential congestion or storage constraints.
• Support schedule maintenance and reporting within Integrated Business Planning processes and applicable systems.

What We’re Looking For

Working Arrangement

This is a predominantly office-based role, with attendance at the assigned workplace required at least four days per week. International coordination may occasionally require flexibility outside standard working hours.
