Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking an OSAT Account Manager to drive end-to-end operational management with OSAT partners for assembly and test activities. You will ensure stable execution, delivery reliability, quality performance, and capacity availability across semiconductor programs.

You will act as the operational interface to OSATs while purchasing leads commercial negotiations and contracting. Responsibilities include PO execution, supplier performance steering, and cross‑functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years experience in semiconductor backend operations, OSAT management, or supplier operations.
• Solid understanding of assembly and test processes, automotive/industrial requirements, and production flows.

Responsibilities

• OSAT Operational Account Ownership: own day‑to‑day relationship with OSAT partners.
• Purchase Order & Demand Execution: create and manage POs aligned with forecasts.
• Delivery, Capacity & Ramp‑Up Management: ensure on‑time delivery and capacity.
• Supplier Performance & KPI Steering: monitor KPIs like OTD, yield, cycle time and quality.
• Quality & Change Interface: work with SQM on audits, deviations, and 8D activities.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: align with PM, TPM, Operations, Logistics, Quality.
• Interface to Purchasing: advise on price discussions and supplier assessments (not lead).
