Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to lead the quality framework for semiconductor test suppliers, including wafer sort, burn-in, and final test. You will drive KPIs, perform audits, and collaborate with R&D and operations on test specs, correlation studies, and reliability requirements.

The role requires 7+ years in semiconductor supplier quality or test engineering, with automotive experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Certification (Six sigma black belt, IATF/VDA auditor) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a supplier quality management system for wafer sort, Burn-In, and Final Test suppliers.
• Define and track supplier quality KPIs (Yield, PPM, test escapes, reliability failures).
• Lead periodic supplier reviews to align expectations and drive improvements.
• Plan and conduct VDA6.3 process audits and IATF16949 system audits at test suppliers.
• Ensure conformity with AEC-Q100 qualification and customer-specific requirements.
• Support APQP/PPAP deliverables for new products and changes.
• Lead root cause analysis and CA/PA (8D) for test-related issues.
• Ensure robust containment and permanent corrective actions (PCA) at suppliers.
• Collaborate with R&D and operations on test specs, correlation studies, and reliability requirements.
• Review DFT implementation and production test coverage to minimize escapes.
• Define Burn-In and HVS technical requirements and change management processes.
