Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking an OSAT Management professional to lead NPI projects from development to mass production within the ROW assembly technical team. You will drive change management, deliver robust quality and on-time delivery, and collaborate across ST and OSAT to improve yields and resolve production issues.

The role requires deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing with a strong focus on documentation, risk management, and resource deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of JMP is a plus.
Knowledge/experience with Power and BGA packages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Accountable for managing OSAT on ST NPI projects from development to mass production.
Ensure compliance to NPI protocol during change management with ST stake holders and OSAT.
Manage results delivery for NPI to ensure time to market with robust quality and delivery.
Deploy technical resources to support the recovery of production crises and quality issues.
Provide technical leadership to OSAT to production excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within ST & OSAT for yield and quality improvement.
Develop and fan out Central Technical initiative per Organization directions.
Assist in assembly-related quality issues in OSAT for root cause analysis and solutions.
Review and submit documentation into ST systems (TGA, NPI deliverables, frozen recipes, control plan light).
Able to travel to countries depending on business needs.
