Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking an OSAT Account Manager to oversee end-to-end operational management of OSAT partners for assembly and test activities. You will own PO execution, supplier performance, and cross-functional alignment to secure smooth backend operations.

In this role you coordinate capacity, drive on-time delivery, monitor KPIs, and support changes and audits with SQM. Experience in fabless semiconductor or automotive environments is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years experience in semiconductor backend operations, OSAT management, or supplier operations.
• Solid understanding of assembly & test processes and automotive/industrial requirements.
• Experience with PO management and operational supplier control.

Responsibilities

• OSAT Operational Account Ownership: day-to-day operational relationship with OSAT partners.
• Purchase Order & Demand Execution: create, manage, and release POs aligned with demand forecasts.
• Delivery, Capacity & Ramp-Up Management: ensure on-time delivery and OSAT capacity.
• Supplier Performance & KPI Steering: monitor and act on KPIs like OTD, yield, cycle time.
• Quality & Change Interface: work with SQM on audits, deviations, and 8D actions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align PM/TPM, Operations, Logistics, Quality.
• Interface to Purchasing: support price discussions and implementation into PO processes.
