Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor industry preferred.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
• Strong drive, able to work under tight deadlines and solve problems.
• Team player with good negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly S&OP with OSATs to book capacity for the portfolio.
• Coordinate Control Tower reviews with Demand & Availability groups.
• Review OSAT capacity saturation and provide spending projections.
• Leverage OSAT to address missing capacity or material shortages.
• Collaborate with Regional Ops to align Demand with daily execution.
• Work with Technical and Quality teams on new equipment ramps.
• Gather market intelligence on capacity availability.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with OSAT to meet ST targets.
