Job summary

stmicroelectronics pte ltd is seeking an experienced OSAT management professional to lead NPI projects from development to mass production. You will oversee OSAT deployment, ensure adherence to NPI protocols, and coordinate with ST stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

The role requires at least 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with JMP. Travel to global sites may be required to sustain production excellence and operational stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Extensive Excel experience is required; JMP knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power and BGA package is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing OSAT on ST NPI projects on development, qualification and successful deployment in mass production mode.
• Ensure compliance to ST NPI protocol during change management with ST stake holders and OSAT for risk free change deployment with proper documentation.
• Manage and take accountability of results delivery for NPI to ensure product time to market with robust operational sustainability for quality and delivery.
• To manage the efficient deployment of technical resources to support and manage the recovery of production crisis, quality issues and delivery challenges with ST and OSAT stakeholders.
• To provide technical expertise and lead OSAT to production excellent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team within ST & OSAT for yield & quality improvement.
• Development and fan out Central Technical initiative as per Organization directions.
• Assist and involve in assembly related quality issue in OSAT for root cause analysis and solutions.
• Review and submit documentations into ST system such as TGA (technical gap analysis), NPI deliverables, frozen recipes, control plan light etc.
• Able to travel to countries depending on business needs.
