Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned professional to lead OS&E and NTFFE sourcing for the resort, ensuring alignment with guest experience, brand, and operations. The role requires translating design concepts into practical, durable solutions while coordinating with procurement and project teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in hospitality operations, project management, and vendor management, with experience in large-scale developments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 4 years in hospitality operations, planning/design, project management or related roles.
• Experience with external vendors, consultants or suppliers in hospitality or large-scale developments preferred.
• Strong ability to translate design concepts into operationally effective solutions that enhance guest experience and brand.
• Knowledge of OS&E/NTFFE, procurement, budgeting and lifecycle considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, sourcing, and implementation of OS&E and NTFFE across the resort.
• Translate design concepts into durable, practical solutions for operations.
• Develop guest-facing and operational touchpoints by sourcing innovative products and suppliers.
• Lead workshops, product reviews, sampling, mock-ups, and stakeholder presentations.
• Coordinate with Procurement and project teams on vendor selection, budget, schedules, and approvals.
• Oversee project documentation, schedules, approvals, and program tracking.
