Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience in hospitality operations or project management.
• Experience with OS&E/NTFFE and external vendors is preferred.
• Ability to translate design concepts into operational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, sourcing, and implementation of OS&E and NTFFE across the resort.
• Translate design concepts into durable, operationally effective solutions.
• Develop guest-facing touchpoints by sourcing products, materials, and suppliers.
• Lead workshops, product reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Partner with Procurement and project teams on vendor selection, budgets, schedules, and value engineering.
• Oversee project documentation, schedules, approvals, and program tracking.
• Monitor milestones, risks, logistics, and delivery for mockups and rollout.
• Prepare executive-level updates communicating product direction and progress.
• Support opening and handover activities to operations.
