Job summary

Shangri-La Hotel Singapore is seeking an Origin Bar Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team. You will deliver personalized service to guests, welcome them, present menus, take orders and ensure timely beverage delivery.

Maintain knowledge of cocktails and promotions, work with bar and kitchen teams for smooth operations, uphold food safety and hygiene, process guest bills, and help with set-up and closing. A passion for hospitality and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to guests according to Shangri-La service standards.
• Welcome guests, present menus and provide recommendations on beverages.
• Take accurate beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and promotions to assist guests.
• Ensure bar areas and service stations are prepared and maintained.
• Assist in setting up and closing the outlet, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Work closely with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
