National Environment Agency (NEA) in Singapore is seeking a capable Organisation Development professional to partner leaders across NEA to diagnose, design and implement development interventions that strengthen organisational health and effectiveness.
You will design leadership engagement platforms, drive culture and values embedment, conduct diagnostics and build capabilities through facilitation, training and consultancy, with a broad-based remit aligned to NEA’s priorities.
Corporate Excellence Department, Organisation Development (OD) Branch supports NEA’s transformation through organisation development, change management and interventions. We do so by providing assessments and diagnostics, organisation development programmes, as well as consultancy and advisory services to internal stakeholders in organisation development. Through these and our partnerships with internal stakeholders, we aim to develop effective leaders, engaged employees, high performing teams, and a future-ready NEA.
The role is designed to be broad-based, with the successful candidate focusing on one or more areas in the Branch, depending on organisational priorities and the officer’s experience. The officer will partner leaders across NEA to diagnose, design and implement organisation development interventions that strengthen NEA’s organisational health, culture and effectiveness.
