Job summary

VITAL, a unit within the Ministry of Finance, Singapore, is seeking a proactive professional to support Organisation Development initiatives. You will help plan and deliver organisation-wide employee engagement, wellbeing and culture-building efforts and collaborate with senior management to drive key priorities.

You will coordinate engagement activities, support wellbeing programs and contribute to EVP communications while managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in any discipline.
• Experience in organisation development, employee engagement, communications, events management or related fields is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in people-related work are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate organisation-wide employee engagement initiatives, including townhalls and senior management sessions.
• Support development and implementation of employee wellbeing and wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to EVP initiatives, including staff communications and engagement campaigns.
• Support administration of employee engagement surveys and follow-up actions.
• Develop communication materials, presentations and engagement resources for OD initiatives.
