Job summary

VITAL is seeking a proactive individual to join its Organisation Development team to support organisation-wide employee engagement, wellbeing and culture-building initiatives. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth execution of key priorities across the public service context.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in organisation development, employee engagement, communications, events management or related fields is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in people-related work are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate organisation-wide employee engagement initiatives.
• Support development and implementation of employee wellbeing and wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to EVP initiatives, including staff communications and engagement campaigns.
• Support the administration of employee engagement surveys and follow-up actions.
• Develop communication materials and engagement resources to support OD initiatives.
