Job summary

VITAL, a unit within the Ministry of Finance, Singapore, is seeking a proactive professional to support Organisation Development initiatives. You will help plan and deliver organisation-wide employee engagement, wellbeing and culture-building efforts and collaborate with senior management to drive key priorities.

You will coordinate engagement activities, support wellbeing programs and contribute to EVP communications while managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in any discipline.
• Experience in organisation development, employee engagement, communications, events management or related fields is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in people-related work are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across levels.

What The Role Is

We are seeking a proactive and highly driven individual to join VITAL in supporting Organisation Development initiatives. The successful candidate will support the planning and delivery of organisation-wide employee engagement, wellbeing and culture-building initiatives. The candidate will work closely with senior management and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the smooth execution of key organisational priorities.

What You Will Be Working On

Organisation Development & Employee Engagement

• Lead and coordinate organisation-wide employee engagement initiatives, including townhalls, senior management engagement sessions and other platforms that strengthen organisational culture and employee experience.
• Support the development and implementation of employee wellbeing and wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen VITAL's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), including staff communications, engagement campaigns and programmes aimed at enhancing employee experience and organisational pride.
• Support the administration of employee engagement surveys and coordinate follow-up actions arising from survey findings.
• Develop communication materials, presentations and engagement resources to support OD initiatives and organisational priorities.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior experience in organisation development, employee engagement, communications, events management, executive support or related fields will be an advantage.
