Job summary

Temasek International Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an independent Associate for the Organisation Development team to design and execute employee engagement initiatives and events, supporting culture transformation and change programs.

You will plan budgets, coordinate vendors, produce event collaterals, manage onsite logistics, and analyze attendee feedback to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in event management, strong communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant work experience in event management, internal communication, organisation development, HR or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in engagement and design tools such as Forms, Mentimeter, Canva or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience organizing events using Zoom, Teams or similar.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize events, including brainstorming event themes and ideas.
• Develop, track and monitor event budgets and finances.
• Identify and propose venues and ensure they meet event requirements.
• Create event schedules and timelines.
• Plan and implement leadership forums and staff engagement events with vendors, catering, AV, and stakeholder liaison.
• Design and develop event collaterals (EDMs, posters, newsletters, videos).
• Manage event logistics including transportation, accommodation, and catering.
• Serve as a point of contact for leaders and employees on events.
