Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Order-to-Cash specialist to manage the end-to-end process and process customer orders in SAP for assigned markets.

You will provide sales support, coordinate shipping documentation, handle customer inquiries and complaints, support trade compliance documentation and customer profile maintenance, and liaise with internal teams on credit, logistics and order fulfilment matters.
