Job summary

Harley-Davidson Motor Company in Singapore seeks a Lead Sales Strategy and Program for Parts & Accessories to drive dealer-facing growth initiatives and optimize sales performance across the dealer network.

The role partners with Field Sales Managers, Sales & Operations Planning, and Marketing to increase dealer investments, improve attachment rates, and grow customization sales while enhancing dealer profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Experience in vehicle dealership or OEM service/parts operations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver effective presentations to motivate dealers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of dealer-facing Parts & Accessories growth programs.
• Develop initiatives to increase dealer investment in Parts and Accessories Wholesales.
• Partner with Field Sales Managers to improve dealer performance, attachment rates, and customization sales.
• Encourage dealers to leverage Custom Coverage and other programs where applicable.
• Plan and execute P&A related spaces at major consumer events in market.
• Develop event content, presentations, communications and support materials.
• Prepare content for new model year parts and accessories launches at dealer buying events.
• Support implementation of pre-accessorization, accessory pre-selling, digital selling tools, and attachment-rate improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with Harley-Davidson University on curriculum and training initiatives.
• Track program adoption, inventory investments, attachment rates, and sales growth.
