Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD's client, a Japanese MNC in the automotive sector, seeks an Operations Support Coordinator to join its on-site supply chain operations team at Alexandra Road, Singapore. You will handle orders, shipping documentation, and data tasks while coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration and continuous improvement, with a focus on Excel proficiency, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations, import/export documentation, Incoterms or PO processing will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle order creation, processing, amendments and follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments on operational matters.
• Verify and process supplier invoices, freight and insurance charges.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate necessary corrections.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support data management, RPA, AI and other automation-related processes.
• Identify operational issues and assist in process improvements.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
