Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations, including warehouse management, shipping, order administration and customer service.
• Process daily inbound and outbound orders, including system transactions and order enquiries.
• Coordinate with customers, counterparties and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle receiving and delivery-related issues and respond to customer or end-user enquiries on order status.
• Process replenishment orders and arrange the transfer of goods from the main warehouse to the quick-pick area.
• Follow up with logistics partners and freight forwarders on customs permit endorsement.
• Ensure daily operations comply with customs rules and regulations, company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure 100% accuracy of system transactions and physical movement of goods.
• Prepare and update operational reports promptly and assist the Executive with documentation and statistical data collection.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Program Administrator or immediate supervisor.
