Job summary

LENZE SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Administrative Executive to manage orders and logistics support from Jurong East, International Business Park.

You will process customer orders, monitor status, coordinate with sales, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining timely delivery with external providers. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience and a Diploma in business or higher/Nitec, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business or higher/Nitec required.
• 2–4 years of experience in order processing, logistics or similar administrative roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with order management systems and logistics knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly in our systems.
• Monitoring order status and providing customers with updates on delivery timelines and any potential delays.
• Identify order discrepancies, customer queries and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
• Collaborating with the salesperson to understand customer requirements and ensure orders meet specifications.
• Manage weekly inbound logistics activities in collaboration with outsourced logistics providers and monitor inbound shipment schedules.
• Coordinating with third party warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely picking, packing and dispatch of orders.
• Preparing and managing shipping documentation, including invoices, packing slips and delivery notes.
