Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics administrator to coordinate orders and shipments with customers and partners at the Taiseng location near MRT. Working hours are 8am–5:15pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include preparing documents, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining a clean workspace with Daily 5S. Candidates typically have 1–3 years in order processing or customer service. AWS with variable bonus and excellent welfare are offered.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or NITEC Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar.
• 1–3 years’ experience in order processing and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and related documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics providers.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.
• Perform Daily 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirement
