Job summary

Genetron Corp is seeking a Logistics Executive to coordinate regional order fulfilment and logistics from our Singapore headquarters. You will work with regional sales offices, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, and import/export compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing import/export documents, liaising with freight providers, and maintaining accurate logistics records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics or related field required.
• 2–5 years of logistics, supply chain, customer service or order admin experience.
• Import/export documentation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, ABSS Premier or ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Monitor order status, delivery schedules and shipment progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers on lead times and order fulfilment.
• Keep regional sales teams updated on order status.

• Coordinate collection, delivery, repair and calibration shipments.
• Track service items and maintain logistics records.

About the role

As a Logistics Executive, you will coordinate regional order fulfilment and logistics operations from our Singapore headquarters. You will work closely with regional sales offices, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, import/export compliance, and service logistics. You will also provide basic finance and administrative support related to logistics documentation and invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and shipment progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers on lead times and order fulfilment.
• Keep regional sales teams updated on order status.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, AWBs/Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and customs documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate collection, delivery, repair, and calibration shipments.
• Track service items and maintain accurate logistics records.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or order administration.
• Experience in import/export documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, ABSS Premier, Info-Tech Software, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping is an advantage.
