Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an orderly and proactive staff member for a 6-month contract at Paya Lebar MRT.

You will process material orders, quote prices, and coordinate with suppliers while logging everything into Oracle ERP. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and a Diploma in Business Studies, plus strong communication and teamwork. Monthly rotating standby on weekends/public holidays is required, with standby allowances and a collaborative, organized work

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into ERP system (Oracle).
• Other duties as assigned.
