PERSOL is recruiting for a six-month Order Management role in Woodlands, Singapore. You will support end-to-end order processing, handle customer queries, manage backlog, and coordinate across Sales, Account Management and Finance.

The ideal candidate has experience in Order Management, Order Entry, Customer Service or Sales Operations, and is proficient with R12 Oracle ERP, SAP, MS 365 (Excel), and understands accounting basics.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to interact and perform effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Proficient in R12 Oracle ERP and Shipping Systems.
• Proficient in MS 365 applications, including Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience working in an SAP environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance on Order Management processes.
• Support UATs and sign-offs.
• Handle issues raised by Account Management, customers and team members.
• Ensure PO translation with pricing into Order Entry within 24 hours.
• Backlog management to ensure shippability and no holds.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management and Finance on holds.
• Ensure JIT hub invoicing is timely.
• Provide accurate responses on order status and backlog queries.
• Resolve day-to-day problems; escalate when needed.
• Maintain customer files and clear filing of documents.
• Support Audit and SOX documentation.
• Assist onboarding of new customers.
• Monitor system issues and coordinate IT resolution.
