Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an organized logistics administrator to support inter-company order fulfillment and cross-border shipments. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on open orders, flagging potential issues, and maintaining timely deliveries.

You will prepare import/export paperwork in compliance with regulations, coordinate with 3PL providers for inbound/outbound shipments, and contribute to monthly reports and admin tasks to support sales and customer

Responsibilities

• Inter-Company Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with inter-company teams on open orders, proactively flag issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitoring: Track open order backlogs and partner with Sales & Customer Service to achieve on-time delivery metrics.
• Imports & Exports: Prepare and maintain import/export paperwork in compliance with regulations; manage inbound verification and outbound shipments with 3PL providers.
• Logistics Improvement: Proactively address, evaluate, and implement improvements to freight challenges and shipment consolidation to optimize costs and efficiency.

Job description

Manage Inter-Company Order Fulfillment

• Coordinating with inter-company on open orders and preemptively flagging issue
• Tracked and manage open order backlogs and work with Sales & Customer Service team to achieve on-time delivery metrics.

Provide Imports & Export Support

• Prepare & maintain import / export paperwork’s in compliance with company / local / export regulations.
• Managing inbound verification and outbound shipments with a third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
• Proactively address and evaluate improvement to logistic/freight challenges.
• Evaluate and provide recommendations in shipment consolidation solutions to optimize cost and efficiency.

Provide Sales & Administrative Support

• Weekly / Monthly Inventory Reconciliation
• Manage order to cash workflow and record retention.
• Support Sales & Customer Service Team when necessary
• Support monthly reports (Inter-company forecast, customer delivery reports) as and when required
