Clarins Group seeks a Travel Retail - Order Executive to manage order processing and reporting from Singapore. You will coordinate monthly PO submissions with TR customers, handle order queries, and work with Regional Supply Chain on discrepancies, while maintaining a robust customer database.

You will also support finance with fulfillment reporting, participate in S&OP meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including adherence to local customs documentation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of operational experience in customer service management and/or commercial support.
• Ability to function independently in a team while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to work systematically under high volume while meeting tight timelines.
• Experience in retail or FMCG is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with TR customers for timely monthly PO submission.
• Answer customer queries related to order processing.
• Support customer order discrepancies with Regional Supply Chain.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely order processing.
• Ensure POs are tagged with relevant FOC items based on marketing calendar for new product launches.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer database.
• Flag and alert Commercial team for any missing price implementation / discrepancy.
• Coordinate between Customers, Commercial team and Regional Supply Chain on cargo returns.
• Support TR Finance with Order Fulfilment reports.
• Manage daily order processing via missing reports to drive re-supply opportunities.
• Attend monthly S&OP meetings with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure shipping and trade documents comply with local customs regulations and audit requirements.

We are looking for a Travel Retail - Order Executive, based in Singapore.

Mission 1: Order Processing

• Coordinate with TR customers for a timely monthly PO submission
• Answer customer’s queries related to order processing
• Support customer’s order discrepancies claims with Regional Supply Chain.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure order processing can be completed in a timely manner
• Ensure POs are systematically tagged with relevant FOC items based on marketing calendar for new product launches
• Maintain accurate and updated customer database
• Flag and alert Commercial team for any missing price implementation / discrepancy
• Coordinate between Customers, Commercial team and Regional Supply Chain on cargo returns

Mission 2: Reporting

• Support TR Finance with Order Fulfilment report
• Manage daily order processing through missing reports extractions to drive re-supply opportunities
• Attend monthly S&OP meetings with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to constantly maintain an awareness of inventory situations, markets evolution, global YTD performance and any insight to build a judgement and help for a smooth operation.
• Other responsibilities or ad-hoc projects may occur with in line with market evolution and retailers demand.

Others:

• Process Improvement & Project Management ( If there any; )
• Review, identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Ensure shipping and trade documents comply with local customs regulations and audit requirement.

You Have:

• Minimum 3 years of operational experience in customers service management and/or commercial support.
• Able to function well independently in a team while keeping strong team player mindset.
• Able to interact with a multitude of stakeholders from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Able to function systematically under high volume while adhering to strict timelines.
• Previous experience in related function, retail or FMCG industry would be an added advantage.
