Job summary

Coty is seeking a Supply Chain Intern in Singapore for a Jan–Jun placement. You will work with Market Planners and Business Analysts to ensure product availability and in-store execution across Asia Pacific, collaborating with global teams in Europe.

You will gain exposure to Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, handling tasks with ownership that impact KPIs while learning in a diverse, lively environment.

Qualifications

• Must commit for at least 6 months (Jan 27 to Jan 26) for a full-time internship.
• Proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
• Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
• Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Support Market Planning by reviewing sets status, assessing excess risk and creating depletion plans.
• Analyze portfolio performance and address gaps in stock availability, allocation and forecast vs shipment.
• Lead the Excess Inventory review with the Sales Team.
• Help ensure fill rate KPI is met monthly.
• Support or lead non-sellable reviews (merchandising, marketing & promotional items).
• Assist Demand Planning with daily tasks and S&OP preparation.
• Track and root-cause gaps in order fulfilment.
• Update Sales and Customer Service on projects linked to product registration.

Supply Chain Intern

Singapore (Jan - Jun)

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an Intern to join the Travel Retail Supply Chain Team. You will be working alongside the Market Planners and Business Analyst and together you will facilitate product availability and excellent in store execution in the Travel Retail sector in Asia Pacific. You will get to work with all functions in our Singapore office, as well as collaborate with our Global Teams located across Europe.

Your main focus:

Market Planning

• Work with the Global Travel Retail team in Europe to review sets status, assess excess risk and create depletion plans
• Analyse performance of full portfolio and take ownership for communicating and resolving any gaps in stock availability, stock allocation and shipment versus forecast
• Lead the Excess Inventory review with the Sales Team
• Ensure that fill rate KPI is successfully met on monthly basis
• Support or lead the non-sellable review (merchandising, marketing & promotional items)
• Support Demand Planning team with daily tasks and S&OP preparation

Customer Logistics

• Track and root-cause gaps in order fulfilment
• Update the Sales and Customer Service team on projects linked to product registration
