Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Order Processor to handle material orders, quotations, and supplier coordination. The role requires a Diploma and at least 2 years’ experience, with strong Oracle and MS Office skills. You will log orders in Oracle and support the sales team in daily operations.

The position is a 6-month contract with a completion bonus and a monthly rotating standby schedule including weekends and public holidays, with standby allowance provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• Available for monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on item list.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle).
• Other duties as assigned.
