Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an order administrator to support our supply chain operations in Singapore, near Paya Lebar MRT. You will process material orders from sales staff or direct customers, prepare price quotations, and coordinate with suppliers.

Responsibilities include logging orders into Oracle ERP, maintaining accurate records, and performing other duties as assigned. A Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics is required, with standard hours 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle).
• Other duties as assigned.
