Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an organized Order Processing Assistant in Singapore to support sales and customers. You will process orders, prepare quotations, and distribute sheets to suppliers using Oracle ERP.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Studies with at least 2 years of experience, strong communication, and meticulous teamwork. The position includes a monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends/public holidays with a $60 daily standby allowance, based at Paya Lebar MRT.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• Available for monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers' contacts.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle).
• Other duties as assigned.
