CHANEL Asia Pacific PTE Limited is seeking an Orchestration Governance & Strategy Senior Manager for SEAA Fashion. You will shape frameworks, governance and ways of working that unite the division across 360 métiers, driving alignment and accountability.
Working with the Head of Orchestration, you will translate strategic ambitions into actionable priorities, embed effective practices, and define measurement and reporting to enable faster, cohesive execution across regions.

As Orchestration Governance & Strategy Senior Manager for SEAA Fashion, you will play a central role in shaping the frameworks, governance and ways of working that unite our Fashion division across 360 métiers. Acting as a key link between Global, Regional and Market stakeholders, you will help translate strategic ambitions into actionable priorities, driving alignment, accountability and impactful execution across key Fashion initiatives.
Working closely with the Head of Orchestration, you will establish the standards that guide project delivery, support cross-functional initiatives and embed successful practices into the division's ongoing ways of working across SEAA.
8-10 years of experience managing complex projects and programmes within large organisations.
Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive execution across functions, markets, and levels of seniority.
Experience designing governance frameworks, establishing ways of working, and embedding sustainable operating models within dynamic organisations.
Strong understanding of the Fashion business cycle, including collection milestones, commercial planning, and key moments that shape execution across markets and functions.
Through this role, you will deepen your understanding of both business and brand priorities within the Fashion Division, while developing your strategic thinking, governance expertise and ability to drive alignment across complex ecosystems. You will work closely with diverse metiers and stakeholders, contributing to initiatives that foster clarity, collaboration, and lasting impact across SEAA.
