Job summary

Chanel is seeking an Orchestration Governance & Strategy Senior Manager for SEAA Fashion to unite 360 métiers across Global, Regional and Market stakeholders, translating ambitions into actionable priorities and driving alignment.

You will establish governance standards, streamline processes and embed repeatable practices to deliver fashion initiatives with clarity, collaboration and impact.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience managing complex projects and programmes within large organisations.
• Experience designing governance frameworks, establishing ways of working, and embedding sustainable operating models within dynamic organisations.
• Strong understanding of the Fashion business cycle, including collection milestones, commercial planning, and key moments that shape execution across markets and functions.

Responsibilities

• Shape Vision & Ambition: provide a clear frame to inspire progress and strengthen ways of working across SEAA.
• Structure Governance: design and implement governance cycles aligned with milestones for faster decision-making.
• Champion Collaboration: build cross-functional alignment across stakeholders and reduce silos.
• Streamline Ways of Working: optimise workflows from framing to measurement for shared goals.
• Support transverse Projects: lead cross-functional initiatives and embed outcomes into ongoing processes.
• Clarify Measurement & Reporting: define success criteria and reporting principles to drive accountability.
