Chanel Pte Limited in Singapore seeks an Orchestration Governance & Strategy Senior Manager for SEAA Fashion to shape frameworks, governance and ways of working that unite fashion across markets and métiers. You will translate strategic ambitions into actionable priorities and drive alignment, accountability and execution with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience managing complex projects and programmes within large organisations.
Experience designing governance frameworks and embedding operating models.
Strong understanding of the Fashion business cycle and cross-market execution.

Shape Vision & Ambition: contribute to the Orchestration Team’s mission and frame.
Structure Governance: design and implement governance cycles with clear milestones and accountability.
Champion Collaboration: build cross-functional partnerships and align stakeholders across teams.
Streamline Ways of Working: optimise workflows from framing to execution and measurement.
Support transverse Projects: lead cross-functional initiatives and drive timely progress.
Clarify Measurement & Reporting: define success criteria and reporting principles.
